Embassy Suites Denver Tech Center Centennial, Centennial

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its clean and spacious rooms and top-notch service, making my stay truly enjoyable. However, the location could use some improvement in terms of professionalism. The dining experience was mostly delightful, but a few issues with food availability and silverware stood out.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Tech Center area, close to many restaurants which is great for dining options. The rooms are fantastic, albeit spacious, although some amenities like the hot tub were not available as advertised. The service had some hiccups with forgotten towels and questionable employee behavior. The dining experience is top-notch with a variety of choices and even free happy hour. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and drawbacks.

The hotel had spacious and very clean rooms with a mini fridge and microwave, but the credit card process felt invasive and the coordination with housekeeping was lacking. Service was described as terrible with disorganization and undesirable room placement, but some efforts were made to manage situations. The location was praised for being easily accessible, safe, and beautiful, with connections to Denver and Colorado Springs. Dining was rated better but not exceptional, with various family options available.
